Questions at a group interview for volunteers at fashion week?

Hello! I have a group interview to attend in two weeks, it’s for a backstage volunteer position at Melbourne Spring Fashion Week. I’ve never been to any group interviews before and can’t find much help on the internet (volunteer interviews). It would be much appreciated if anyone who’s been to a similar interview can give me advice on questions that are likely to be asked, is it usually laid back or….? And anything else that’s helpful to know. Thanks!!! x

It depends on the people interviewing you.
I had a group interview for my current job and it wasn’t much of a group interview, they just made us sit with each other and fill out a form before bringing us one by one to be individually interviewed and then they asked us a few questions as a group at the end asking "Who doesn’t mind doing… blah blah blah".
Another group interview I went to is where they sat us in a circle (There was only about 12 of us) and they had a ball and threw it to each of us and who ever caught it had to answer a question. They just want to know things like "Why do you want to work here…" "What do you like to do in your spare time…" etc.
I’ve heard of people having really weird group interviews but they normally just sit you down and ask you questions about yourself and the company. icon smile Questions at a group interview for volunteers at fashion week?
